Durable Construction<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Standard material used is ASTM\u00a0A36 carbon steel; however other\u00a0material such as ASTM A588 Cor-\u00a0Ten, A516 or 304 stainless steel can be used.
\n\u2022 A rain trough with drain directs\u00a0water through the frame by a\u00a0threaded pipe which can be\u00a0added to for a more desirable\u00a0location.
\n\u2022 Four (4) lifting lugs are evenly\u00a0spaced around the frame for\u00a0crane pickup.
\nReliable Operation<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Redundant limit switches are\u00a0provided on the non-drive shaft.
\n\u2022 The actuator is equipped with a\u00a04-20ma feedback positioner to\u00a0track precisely where the blades\u00a0are during cycling.
\nSimplified Maintenance<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Two 6\u201d diameter view ports are\u00a0mounted 180 degrees apart.
\n\u2022 Blades can be designed for 500\u00a0lbs point load with mechanical\u00a0lockouts on each blade to\u00a0support maintenance personnel\u00a0for internal service.
